Q. How do I schedule my cleaning service appointment?
A. Please note that before you can schedule a cleaning service appointment, you must first schedule your free consultation. During the consultation, we will establish your first appointment.
Q. What areas/counties do you cover?
A. Broward County, Dade County, Hillsborough County, Orange County, Osceola County, Pasco County, and Pinellas County.
Q. Do you require a deposit to secure cleaning services?
A. Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a one-time cleaning service appointment.
If you are on a reoccurring cleaning schedule, a $20.00 non-refundable deposit (per appointment) is required.
Q. If I am on a reoccurring cleaning rotation schedule, how do I submit payment?
A. At the end of each cleaning service appointment, you will receive an invoice. Please note that payment is due within 3 days.
If you are unable to pay your invoice within 3 days, please give us a call to discuss your available options.
Q. How often will my property/rental space be cleaned?
A. We offer a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning service. During the free consultation, we will assess your cleaning needs and discuss which rotation service is best for you.
Q. Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?
A. As long as you are able to let our cleaners enter the home/space, you are free to resume daily activities. However, if you prefer to stay as we work, it's no problem. All our employees are friendly and trustworthy. We just ask that you give our cleaners space to complete their work. If there any pets in the home, we ask that you please place them in a cage. Thank you.
If we are unable to gain access to enter the home/space, please note that a $30.00 lock out fee will apply.
Q. How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
A. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask you to please contact us 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, there will be a $50.00 charge for no-notice cancellation.
Q. How do I pay for my cleaning services?
A. You can pay via check, (made payable to Poliard Services, LLC), Zelle, Paypal or with Visa/Mastercard. Please note we will ask for identification to verify you are indeed the card holder.
