A. A free consultation is when we set up a date and time to meet with you to discuss your cleaning needs and inspect your home/space. This helps us create the best rotation service for you.

Q. How do I schedule a free consultation?

A. Please feel free to contact us via email, telephone or through our social media and we will contact you within 72 hours to schedule it.

Q. What is covered in the consultation?

A. - The type of cleaning service that will be needed (i.e. general or deep clean).

- The rotation schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time) / start date.

- Inspection of the home/space's condition.

- Pricing.

- Address any questions and/or concerns.

- Creation of a cleaning checklist that is tailored to your cleaning needs.

Q. What areas/counties do you cover?

A. Broward County, Dade County, Hillsborough County, Orange County, Osceola County, Pasco County, and Pinellas County.

Q. How do I cancel/reschedule my consultation appointment?

When a consultation is scheduled, please note that a time/date is reserved and is no longer available to other clients. We understand that unexpected situations can occur and appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask you to please contact us 48 hours in advance via phone (954-357-3266) or email ([email protected]). Failure to provide us with proper notice will incur a fee of $15.00.
